• Pay Scale: Rs.10,500- 1st year, Rs.12,500- 2nd years

3. Technician- C/D (Crane / Forklift Operator )– “Group C, Non-gazetted”

• Pay Scale: Rs.25,500- in Level 4 of the Pay matrix + DA. (For Technician / C)Rs.29,200- in Level 5 of the Pay matrix + DA. (For Technician / D)

4. Scientific Officer/D (Medical – General Medicine)– “Group A, Gazetted” 02

• Pay Scale: Rs.67,700- in Level 11 of the Pay Matrix + Non-Practicing Allowance + Dearness Allowance.

5. Nurse/A – “Group B, Non-Gazetted”

• Pay Scale: Rs.44,900- in Level 7 of the Pay matrix + DA.

6. Stenographer Grade-II –“Group B, Non-Gazetted”

• Pay Scale: Rs.35,400- in Level 6 of the Pay Matrix + DA.

7. Stenographer Grade-III “Group C, Non-Gazetted”

Eligibility Criteria for HWB Recruitment

• Educational Qualification: Chemical Diploma in Chemical Engineering.

2. Mechanical

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

3. Electrical

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

4. Chemistry (Laboratory)

• Educational Qualification: B. Sc. with Chemistry as Principal and Physics/ Mathematics/ Biology as the subsidiary.

5. Bioscience

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Bio-Chemistry / Bio-Science/ Micro Biology / Bio-Technology.

Age Limit: 18 – 24 years

6. Category– II Stipendiary Trainee  

• Educational Qualification: Process/ Plant Operator HSC (10+2) or equivalent in Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects) with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

7. Electrical

• Educational Qualification: SSC (with Science and Maths) with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate PLUS Trade certificate in Electrical / Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Welder / Draughtsman. The candidates should meet any of the following requirements as regards Trade Certificates:

• 1. NTC (ITI pass out) of two years duration.
• OR
• 2. NAC of Two years duration under Apprenticeship Training Scheme.
• OR
• 3. NTC (ITI pass out) of one-year duration plus one-year work experience after the completion of course. OR 4. NTC (ITI pass out) of one-year duration plus NAC of minimum one-year duration under Apprenticeship Training Scheme.

Age Limit: 18 – 22 years

8. Technician- C/D (Crane / Forklift Operator )– “Group C, Non-gazetted”

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 60 % marks in SSC OR HSC with Science & Maths.

• Age Limit: 18 – 33 years

9. Scientific Officer/D (Medical – General Medicine)– “Group A, Gazetted”

• Educational Qualification: M.B.B.S. with five years experience. Candidates with Institutional experience shall be preferred. Mandatory Internship will not be counted as experience.

• Age Limit:  40 years

10. Nurse/A – “Group B, Non-Gazetted”

• Educational Qualification:
• i) XII Standard and Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (3 years Course) + Valid Registration as Nurse from Central / State Nursing Council in India.
• ii) B.Sc. (Nursing) or
• iii) Nursing ‘A’ Certificate with 3 years experience in Hospital or Nursing Assistant Class III & above from Armed Forces

• Age Limit:  30 years

11. Stenographer Grade-II –“Group B, Non-Gazetted”

• Educational Qualification:
• i) Matriculation or equivalent.
• ii) Minimum speed of 100 wpm in English Shorthand and 45 wpm in English Typewriting.

• Age Limit:  27 years

12. Stenographer Grade-III “Group C, Non-Gazetted”

• Educational Qualification:
• i) Matriculation or equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
• ii) Minimum speed of 80 wpm in English Stenography.
• iii) Typing speed in English of 30 words per minute.

• Age Limit:  30 years

13. Upper Division Clerk

• Educational Qualification: Degree of a recognised University or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks.

• Age Limit:  27 years

• For Gen/ OBC: Rs. 350/- Pay the Examination Fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or Pay Offline Through E Challan.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Preliminary Test, Advanced Test, Skill Test and Written Test, Interview.
