Eligibility Criteria for BOB Notification 2018

Education Qualification: Candidates should possess the qualification of Graduate, MBA/Engineering Diploma from the recognized University/Institute for Sales Executive, Team Leader & Various posts.

Experience Required: Candidates should have 08 (Eight), 05 (Five), 02 (Two) & 01 (One) year of relevant experience for Sales Executive, Team Leader & Various posts.

Age Limit: As on 01st May 2018,


Area Sales Manager: Minimum & Maximum Age Limit is 30 to 40 years

Team Leader: Minimum & Maximum Age Limit is 25 to 40 years

Sales Executives – Graduates: Minimum & Maximum Age Limit is 21 to 35 years

Sales Executives – Under Graduates: Minimum & Maximum Age Limit is 21 to 30 years

Sales Executives – Freshers: Minimum & Maximum Age Limit is 21 to 25 years

Manager/Asst. Manager – Processing: Minimum & Maximum Age Limit is 30 to 40 years

Selection Process

Selection will be made on the following basis for Sales Executive, Team Leader & Various posts.
